Sex pest businessman Ray Crosby was exposed as a rapist in dramatic Coronation Street scenes.
Ray's girlfriend Abi Franklin made it her mission to destroy the entrepreneur to a packed bistro in Friday's Corrie double bill.
The vengeful mechanic brought in a line of women who had been attacked in the past by the bistro owner and sworn to silence.
"He's got a bit of a reputation, has Ray," she told her fellow guests at a Valentine gala event.
"I know all about his charity work and all that stuff but that's just to distract you from what he's really like.
"This is Davina, Poppy and Sonia. They can't speak for themselves because Ray made them sign on the dotted. But I can talk plenty for everyone."
She then began to list his crimes before being ushered away by a furious Ray.
"Sonia was first. He cornered her and put his hand up her skirt," she explained.
"He told Poppy he would sack her if she wouldn't have sex with him. She was only 16 at the time, same story for Davina. There is plenty more where that came from."
Finding herself alone with Ray, she told him: "Do one rapist, you don't scare me."
But in a cruel tirade the creepy hotelier mocked Abi, who lost her twins after battling drug addiction.
"Who do you think people will believe? You, junkie slag from the estate, your poor neglected kids taken into care?" he raged.
"Or me, an honest local businessman who's put endless time and effort into raising money for charity?
"Hundreds of thousands of pounds I've raised, made a real difference.
"What have you ever done for anyone?"
He continued: "I've just been using you. That's the one good thing about a slapper like you, at least you know what's what in the bedroom.
"You can spread all the garbage you like about me, I don't what people round here think. I'm loaded sweetheart.
"You can't touch me. Go and shoot up into your eyeballs or whatever it is you druggies get up to."
Stumbling out of the bistro, a distressed Abi then decided to get her revenge by stealing and setting fire to his car.
The showdown took place after waitress and Bethany Platt decided it was time to put a stop to Ray's unacceptable behaviour and enlisted the help of journalist Daniel Osbourne to help her get access to her boss's legal files.
It became clear that Ray had been trying to silence women for some time and Bethany and Daniel posted an article online, causing a stir on the street.
Ray previously tried it on with Michelle Connor and at Christmas she was shattered to find out that he was the secret buyer of the bistro formerly run by her and her late partner Robert Preston.
The former manageress headed to the bistro to hand over the keys to the new owner.
When it turned out to be Ray a grief-stricken Michelle set about smashing up the place before heading off to start a new life in Ireland.
