A hard-working 27-year-old is heartbroken after mindless thugs poured acid all over his dream car as it sat in his driveway in South Dublin.
Ray Lynch woke to find his new Renault completely ruined after it was doused by poisonous low-lives outside his home in Glenshane.
The Tallaght local is now seeking CCTV from a nearby creche and youth centre in the hope of finding the culprits.
Posting the pics online, Ray blasted the incident saying he's fed-up paying his way only to have his work undone so senselessly.
He said: "Can’t do right in this place work, you your arse off to buy your dream car for what? For some scumbag to throw acid over it for amusement?
"While it was parked in your f*****g garden!
"I’m heartbroken. What’s the point honestly!"
Ray, who's innocent brother Stephen was senselessly killed by thugs in the same estate in 2017, had paid €6,000 for the car last Christmas.
His mother Vera's car also suffered a small amount of damage.
A garda spokesman said: “Gardai in Tallaght received a report that two cars were damaged overnight in the Glenshane area of Tallaght, investigations are currently underway.”
