Happy Valley: Two Doors Down star goes viral after 'spot on' impression of hit TV show

Two Doors Down actor Kieran Hodgson has gone viral for his character impressions from hit TV show, Happy Valley.

Taking to Twitter to upload the hilarious clip, the star, best known for portraying Ian's boyfriend in the hit BBC comedy show alongside Elaine C Smith and Grado, re-enacted scenes from the latest series. And it wasn't long before people caught on with the tweet now seen by almost six million people.

In the video, the comedian puts on his best accent and outfit changes as he showed off some pretty good character impressions - including Catherine and of course Tommy Lee Royce.

It even grabbed the attention of Tommy himself with James Norton tweeting: "This is genius."

Taking to twitter he captioned his video: "A little treat for fans of #HappyValley. Bad TV Impressions: Happy Valley Series 3 SPOILERS!"

In response to the video, not only did the cats love it, but viewers too with one saying: "Have only watched this 50 times now. Brilliant."

Another added: "Claire and Neil" as someone replied: "Those were my two highlights too."

"Absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so spot on - Clare and Neil are incredible!" a fourth tweeted.

It comes as Happy Valley was recently crowned the most-watched television programme of the year so far, as 7.5 million viewers tuned in to watch the conclusion of the BBC drama on Sunday (February 5) night.

Even Glasgow's Lorraine couldn't contain her excitement for the show, calling the final 'superb'.
