The Happy Pear have announced their first big Swimrise event of the year - and they'll be joined by a very special guest.
The Body Coach Joe Wicks will be standing shoulder to shoulder with Ireland's chirpiest twins for the sunrise dip in Bray tomorrow morning.
Members of the public are welcome to join - and you'll even be treated to free porridge in the brother's cult Greystones cafe afterwards.
The lads wrote on their website: "If you have ever had the urge to come join us, well this is the nudge you were looking for. It will be great fun!"
They'll be meeting at The Happy Pear on Church Road, Greystones at 5am and walking down to the beach to swim just before sunrise, which is at 5.33am.
It's free to attend but you'll need a ticket, which you can pick up here.
The Happy Pear and Joe will also be appearing at WellFest this weekend as part of the Vivobarefoot Vvagon – a pop-up wellness space which offers advice on healthy living and sustainability.
The group will be offering free feet analysis as well as tips and tricks on how to be more sustainable.
