'Happier now': Woman quits 9-year IT manager job to become rickshaw driver, says she found more peace earning Rs 60,000 a month

Success means different things to different people. While many chase corporate promotions and fancy job titles, one woman's story is reminding people that happiness can sometimes be found in the most unexpected places.

An Instagram post shared by entrepreneur Nezrin Midhlaj has gone viral after she recounted meeting a female auto rickshaw driver who left behind a successful IT career to build a life with less stress and more peace of mind.

A Chance Auto Ride Led to an Inspiring Conversation

Midhlaj, founder and CEO of a company, shared that she met the woman during an ordinary auto ride. What immediately caught her attention was the driver's confidence, cheerful attitude and sense of contentment.

"Sometimes, the most powerful stories come from the most unexpected conversations," Midhlaj wrote on Instagram.
