After a full investigation, Choudhry was seen to be conducting his drug dealing under a CCTV camera, which revealed his offending.

He pleaded guilty at Manchester Crown Court today (July 13) , where he was sentenced to four years in prison.

Operation Orion is a name given to Greater Manchester's city centre task force last year as they bid to tackle major crime in Manchester post-lockdown.

Covering the whole of the city centre, the operation pays special focus towards criminal hotspots such as Piccadilly Gardens, Northern Quarter and Back Piccadilly.
