Early in the morning March 27, 2017, Haynes allegedly broke into JR Shooting Sports, 519 N. Oakhurst Dr., and stole 13 guns, prosecutors said. On Monday, after a two-year investigation which included DNA examinations from the store, DuPage County Circuit Court Judge Ann Celine Walsh issued an arrest warrant for Haynes with a $250,000 bond attached.

Haynes was arrested at his home in Hanover Park Wednesday morning without incident, prosecutors said.

Haynes faces up to forty years in prison if he is convicted, prosecutors said. He is due back in court Oct. 7.
