A hangry woman set fire to her dad’s house after he refused to buy her food.
Fahra Bushra, 20, was living at the property earlier this year when she called her father while he was at work and complained the kitchen cupboards were bare.
She demanded that her dad go shopping but he refused and told her if she wanted to eat she should buy her own food.
In a rage, Bushra threatened to set fire to the house in Cambridge, Cambs and hung up.
She then went into her father’s bedroom and started a blaze by burning a tissue inside a cardboard box.

Minutes later, Bushra phoned him back and said the fire was out of control.
Fire crew rushed to the scene and extinguished the blaze - but not before it had spread to other areas of the property and caused significant damage.
Speaking to firefighters at the scene, Bushra admitted starting the blaze.
Officers from the police interviewed her and she admitted a charge of arson.
Bushra, who now lives in Birmingham, was handed an 18-month community order and ordered to pay a £1,000 fine by a judge at Cambridge Crown Court on Friday.

She was also ordered to complete 40 days of a rehabilitation activity.
PC Antony Piccinelli from Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: “Bushra’s behaviour that day was completely inexplicable.
“Only she will know why she thought setting fire to her father’s bedroom was a good idea or an acceptable reaction to an argument over food shopping.”
