Pet lovers will have a wonderful time with their best friends during Pet Expo Thailand 2019, which will take place at Bitec Hall 105 and 107, Bang Na-Trat Road, daily from 10am-8pm, from Thursday May 30until June 2.
Held under "The Empire Of My Pets" theme by NCC Exhibition Organizer, the event will feature more than 300 booths offering a variety of products and services for pets, including food, medical and grooming products, apparel and accessories, equipment, pet-skills development devices, as well as pet insurance and pet hotels and accommodations.
This year's event has many different zones and activities covering all kinds of pets. Among the highlights are a dog-diving competition open to healthy canines to jump into a 10m-long indoor swimming pool and the country's first chinchilla cafe. It will be located at the "Rabbit, Cavy and Hamster Land", where various species of the lovely furry animals such as Netherland dwarf rabbit, English lop rabbit, French lop rabbit, Britannia petite rabbit, Czech frosty rabbit, and Mini Rex rabbit will be displayed.
The "Pairie Dog Land" and the "Ferret" zones will provide suggestions to those interested in keeping the rodents as pets. Rarely seen animals will gather at the "Exotic Pet Land" where the third Thailand Colubrids Contest 2019 as well as the python and boa competitions will be held.
The "Pet Village" zone will see a number of lovely and miniature farm animals such as four-horned sheep, angora goats, dwarf horses, dwarf pigs and dwarf donkeys; and bird lovers will witness many species of finches, eagles and owls at the "Bird Land".
Also, pet clinics and hospitals will be there to provide check-ups and primary consulting on pets' health, free of charge.
