French side Lille have made contact to sign Hamza Igamane, reports The Rangers Review.
The Ligue 1 outfit are on the hunt for a replacement for Jonathan David, whose contract expired at the end of last season.
Igamane is a target, and although other clubs in France, such as Strasbourg, Rennes and Marseille, are interested, Lille are said to be in the strongest position to sign Igamane. An official bid has yet to materialise.
The 22-year-old scored 16 goals across 43 appearances for Rangers last season. He only moved to Ibrox from FAR Rabat in his homeland just under a year ago, although he now appears likely to make the switch to northern France.

Igamane would be Rangers' first major sale of the Russell Martin era.
News of his potential departure comes just a day after Max Aarons was added to the ranks.
The right-back has joined on a season-long loan from Bournemouth, with no option to buy.
"I am delighted to be here, as you can see it’s a huge club and you realise that when you walk through the doors," Aarons told rangers.co.uk.
"I can’t wait to get going.
"I’ve got a lot of experience now in different leagues, and I have played a lot of games. I think I can bring that experience, I can bring a new energy, and I think Rangers fans can be excited - I am really looking forward to it."
