As you well know, the Dolphins finished the 2019 season a surprising 5-11. That included consecutive wins to end the season, all while this roster was at the most vulnerable due to injuries. If you’ve seen this roster at all this season, you know exactly how much that statement is actually saying.
Yet Miami scratched out some tough wins and finished the year with five more wins than many felt that they would. So the surprise shouldn’t be hard to imagine when the early 2020 betting line has Miami’s win total at, drumroll please…

We hope you’ve got the mortgage ready and are lying it on the over as we speak. Miami, a team that has openly stated that they don’t wish to prolong their rebuild any longer than they need to, has nearly $100M in cap space and three 1st-round picks at their disposal and 6 total picks in the top-75. And, in a second year under Brian Flores, we are to expect this team isn’t going to win any more games in 2020 while playing a last place schedule versus the second place schedule the team played this season?
