Hammarby have reportedly agreed to sell Sebastian Tounekti to Celtic.
The winger has been widely linked with a move to Parkhead recently.
And now, according to Tunisian journalist Mahdi Abid, who has over 75,000 followers on Facebook, Hammarby have accepted Celtic's latest offer for Tounekti.
The player will reportedly travel from Sweden to London for a medical this afternoon ahead of joining Brendan Rodgers' side.

Tounekti has scored three goals and assisted five in 25 appearances for his team this year.
Born in Norway, the attacker, who predominantly operates on the left wing, has represented Tunisia twice.
He only joined Hammarby at the beginning of this year.
Recently addressing Celtic's transfer interest, Tounekti said [Fotbollskanalen]: "I think the interest is still there, and I know they probably won’t give up yet. That’s what I’ve heard.
“They’re going to go all in. So we’ll see what happens. I’m very happy here, but it’s great to see such interest.
“It’s difficult to answer that right now. Things can happen quickly in football. The window closes tomorrow.
“I understand Hammarby. They want to win matches in the autumn and I’ve been given a good role in the team.
“So, I understand Hammarby’s side. But there’s a lot of money involved and it will be exciting to see what happens.”
