A Hamilton man shouted racist comments during a disturbance in Stonehouse.
Alexander Mackie, 45, of Arden Terrace, was given a two-month electronic tagging order at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.
He admitted shouting abuse, threats and racist comments in Paterson Place, Stonehouse, on April 26.
The tag prevents Mackie leaving the house between 7pm and 7am each day.
