Hamilton Accies defender Brian Easton says Stuart Taylor's team are beginning to dominate their Championship opponents - but they have to kill their opposition off.
Accies drew 1-1 with Morton on Saturday, the Ton's leveller coming with the game's final action, a Gozie Ugwu header in stoppage time's sixth minute.
Referee Steven Reid had only instructed for five minutes of additional time to be played.
After a bruising 6-1 home defeat to Partick Thistle, Hamilton have lost to Kilmarnock, edged past Queen of the South and had victory snatched from them in Greenock.
Easton can see head coach Taylor's team improving, but the result against Morton has left a bitter taste in the mouth.
"It's a real sickener," said Easton. "We were the better team throughout and we worked our socks off. To lose it at the death like we did is really disappointing.

"Over the course of the game we battled so hard. We had to dig in at times. I thought we deserved to get the three points
"We have disappointed boys in the group but it's good we are disappointed for the right reasons, opposed to the disappointment we had against Partick Thistle.
"It's been a tough week but we have to dust it off and get ready to go again."
Easton reckons the Thistle thrashing was a wake-up call for Hamilton, but outside of that, Taylor's style is beginning to bear fruits. He replaced Brian Rice as head coach in August and Accies are seventh in the Championship.
"The Partick Thistle game seems to be a really big blip in what we are trying to do under the gaffer," explained Easton. "We've been able to see how he wants to play since he came in.
"We see the identity he is trying to build at the club. It's coming more and more each week. Over the three games we've had just there, we've dominated every game.
"We were disappointed to not get anything from the Kilmarnock game but we have four points from the last two games.
"We're definitely heading in the right direction. We are in the process of making what needs to happen. We are getting further along the line. I can see us going from strength to strength."
While the circumstances of the shared points with Morton proved difficult to come to terms with, Easton says Hamilton can prevent further heartbreak by taking their chances.
"It's such a tight league," added Easton. "We have already had it this season where a team has scored against us and sat in, making it very hard to break them down.
"We need to take the chances we get and give ourselves a cushion, as moments like Saturday can happen."
