A Hamilton restaurant has had 1.2 million views on social media after creating a giant filled wrap.
Pepe’s Peri Peri in Low Waters have gone viral on TikTok with their latest mouth-watering offering.
Social media users are salvating over the 2.5 foot flour tortilla that is jam-packed with juicy chicken fillets - cooked to taste - lettuce, cheese, salsa and mayonnaise.
The feast costs £13.99 and is garnering attention from across the globe.
Pepe’s franchise owner Aamir Ali explained: “We’ve always been keen on keeping our customers up to date with our menu on the various social media channels and signed up to TikTok a while back too.
“We were stunned when our latest addition to the menu - the giant chicken wrap - went viral with over 1.2million views and people commenting on it from around the world.
“We’ve had people commenting saying that it looks amazing, asking where they can get it from, whereabouts Hamilton is and even had people saying they will happily travel to Scotland for the wrap.
“It’s been really nice actually to have so many lovely comments about our restaurant/takeaway in only our first year of business.”
The restaurant is also taking part in the Government’s Eat Out Scheme this month which offers 50 per cent off the bill Monday to Wednesday for the whole of August when you sit in.
