Hamilton high school pupils ooze style at end of year prom

The senior pupils at Holy Cross High School in Hamilton went out in style before the summer holidays.

For the pupils, who have now left school and are looking forward to exciting new chapters in their lives, were once again excellent ambassadors for Holy Cross at their end of year prom.

They enjoyed a fantastic evening in the company of around 40 staff, who shared the big night at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Bellshill.

The young people arrived in style in stunning gowns and outfits which oozed class and sophistication at an event that would put the Hollywood Oscars in the shade.

Following a meal and some speeches everyone danced the night away, bringing six years at Holy Cross High to a fantastic and emotional finale.

Head teacher John Reilly said: “Arriving in style and dressed to impress, it certainly was a dazzling occasion at our S6 prom.

“Good luck to each and every member of the class of 2022!”
