Hamilton District Bowling Championship finals were held at Uddingston Bowling Club on Sunday, June 30.
Morag Weir from Dalserf was crowned ladies’ singles winner, while Bobby Brown took the gents’ prize.
Blantyre’s Aiden Craigens won the junior singles, and a Bothwell duo of Pauline McKnight and Ann Scott won the ladies’ pairs.
William Shanks, Christopher Kerr and Douglas Weir from Dalserf won gents’ triples, with Elma Hammond, Mary Cole and Sandra Whitelaw taking the ladies’ prize.
Gents’ fours was won by Jack Adam, Gary Hunter, Rhys Collins and Martin Gold from Dalserf, with Margaret Sutherland, Agnes Conlin, Joyce Gillies and Jean Gardner from Strathclyde scooping the ladies’ fours.
A Quarter team of Wullie Frame, Pat McKay, Wullie Currie and Alec Nelson won the gents’ senior fours.
