Big-hearted staff at a Hamilton take away will open on Christmas day to feed the homeless.
The House of Shah in the town’s Quarry Street, will open from 1pm until 4pm and give out food, tea, coffee and snacks for those in need.
Johan Shah, who runs the business, said: “Even if you are alone or family is not with you, you will be welcomed in for a tea, coffee and some food.
“Our staff have kindly offered to work on their day off and provide for people less fortunate.
“So remember if you’re homeless or along on Christmas Day, pop in. All social distance measure will remain in place.”
