Brian Easton wants to get that winning feeling back at Hamilton Accies after falling to another disappointing defeat against Rangers.
Accies exited the William Hill Scottish Cup fifth round with a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Steven Gerrard's side, six days after suffering a similar fate against Celtic in the Premiership.
The hosts held their own for periods of the game. Scott Arfield netted from the spot after Jamie Hamilton had felled Alfredo Morelos in the box, but Lewis Smith levelled, putting the sides in 1-1 at half-time.
Joe Aribo restored Rangers' lead, with Morelos scored a header from an Aribo cross, before Arfield netted a fourth in stoppage time with a rocket into the top corner.
Those last two goals in particular are hurting Easton, and the Accies captain says his side must keep it tighter at the back.
"Last week against Celtic it was really disappointing, because we were down to 10 men. and when they eventually broke us down and got that second goal, and maybe even the third, that's when we need to say 'listen, get ourselves in, we don't lose another goal, because it could easily come down to goal-difference in the league.
"Against Rangers we went 3-1 down and we maybe didn't have a lot of ideas of how to get back in it, but we had to try and press, and I think that's where their fourth goal comes from.
"In cup games goal-difference doesn't count, but it's still disappointing to be losing four goals at home again, even if it is to Celtic and Rangers.
"For the most part, there are positives to take from these games, but we want to start winning games, get that winning feeling back in the place, and try to kick on for the season."
