Hamilton Aldi among two fresh Newcastle exposure sites

HUNTER New England Health has issued fresh warnings on Sunday for patrons at two businesses who may have been exposed to COVID-19.

Both exposure sites were casual, meaning those who attended are required to get tested and isolate until they return a negative result.

NSW Health will contact close contacts directly.

The new cases include Aldi Hamilton during a 25-minute window on Friday afternoon, while BWS Cardiff Marketplace had a brief exposure window on Tuesday.

Aldi, Hamilton on Friday, 20 August from 1.00pm to 1.25pm
BWS Cardiff Marketplace on Tuesday, 17 August from 5.20pm to 5.26pm

The fresh sites join several others added to the Hunter's lengthy list on Saturday.
