The couple
Darren Kusz and Gillian Rankin, both of Blantyre. The pair first met when their parents were next-door neighbours back in 1983 when Darren was six and Gillian was two.
The wedding
The wedding ceremony was held at Bothwell Bridge Hotel on April 20, 2019, as was the reception, with 77 guests for the meal and 120 in the evening.
Honeymoon
The couple will travel to Turkey for their honeymoon.
Bridal party
Chief bridesmaid was Lynn Duncan, with bridesmaids Lynn Rankin and Elise Bruce. Flower girls were Rachel Kusz, Millie Kusz and Isabella Kusz, best man was Robert Kusz, and ushers were Allan Drummond, Steven Connolly and Alan Rankin.
