Hamilton Accies 'jobby' gaffe commentator breaks his silence as he sends 'sense of humour' message

Axed Bobby Bulloch is taking a light-hearted look at his on-air "jobby" admission during Hamilton vs Ross County.

During the second half of the Premiership clash Bulloch confessed that he was late for his commentary duties due to him spending the interval in the toilet.

His comments have received a huge response online with Accies diehards left stunned by the statement that was aired live during their pay-per view broadcast.

However the clip has gone far beyond the scope of the Scottish game with football fans reaching out to Bulloch on Twitter after the ill-fated comment.

The pundit posted to social media adding: "A sense of humour is important during these difficult times... remember that the next time you're doing a jobby."

After reacting to a series of supportive comments online, he added: "Remember folks, don't take yourselves too seriously. Life is all about positivity.

"We need it now more than ever."

During the crucial relegation clash lead commentator Tony Haggerty immediately apologised for Bulloch's remark.

However, Accies took swift action after the full-time whistle assuring fans that Bulloch would not be used again.

Furthermore, it has been reported that he had already got himself spot of bother before the blunder - after turning up at the wrong venue.

Bulloch had turned up at the QTV studio, which is next to Rangers ' Ibrox Stadium and from where Accies TV run their commentary operations for away games.
