Hamilton Accies defender Jamie Hamilton has red card rescinded

Hamilton Accies have been given a boost with news that defender Jamie Hamilton's red card against Hearts has been rescinded.

The 17-year-old was facing a four-week ban for what was his third sending off of the campaign during the 2-2 draw with Hearts at Tynecastle on Saturday.

Hamilton is suspended for the derby visit by Motherwell on Saturday due to his red card against Celtic a few weeks ago.

Hamilton Accies successfully appealed referee Kevin Clancy's decision.
