Hamidou Diallo threw down a windmill dunk Wednesday with the OKC Blue

Thunder rookie Hamidou Diallo scored 20 points Wednesday afternoon on assignment to lead the Oklahoma City Blue to a 123-120 overtime win over the Stockton Kings.

The game marked the third of the season for Diallo with the Blue as he also played with OKC on Sunday. He recorded 21 points and seven rebounds against the Northern Arizona Suns in that game.

Although Diallo is on assignment with the Blue, the Slam Dunk Contest winner showed off his athleticism Wednesday with a windmill dunk in the first half.

While Diallo had 21 on Wednesday, Thunder two-way player Deonte Burton had 17 points in the game while Dez Wells led the Blue with 31 points in the win.

Since the Blue don’t play again until Tuesday, the Thunder may opt to recall Diallo to join the team during their current four-game road trip. Diallo has not played much for the Thunder but they may want him for depth on the road.

The Thunder play again on Thursday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
