Halsey has welcomed her first child with a sweet post on social media.
The 26-year-old singer shared a pic of her with her happy partner, screenwriter Alev Aydin, and their newborn, which she captioned: "Gratitude. For the most “rare” and euphoric birth. Powered by love.

Halsey also shared a black and white photo of her newborn's hand as friends and fans flocked to share their congratulations to the couple.
She has been candid about her pregnancy throughout, sharing her journey to motherhood with her fans and followers.
Her last baby related post before Ridley arrived, seemed to show the singer enjoying a baby shower, which had been themed with classic children's book, Where The Wild Things Are.
In February, Halsey shared how she was feeling about he body as her baby bump grew.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: "I've been thinking lots about my body. it's strange to watch yourself change so quickly.
"I thought pregnancy would give me very strong, binary feelings about 'womanhood' but truly it has levelled my perception of gender entirely."
She continued: ""My sensitivity to my body has made me hyper aware of my humanness and that's all.
"Doing a remarkable thing. And it's grand. I hope the feeling lasts. I cook a lot, sleep even more, and read lotssss of books. I miss my family. And you guys too!"
Despite being open about her pregnancy, the singer still had to shut down stories about whether it had been planned or not.
Writing on Instagram in March, Halsey said" "why is it ok to speculate and pass judgement about fertility and conception? My pregnancy was 100% planned and I tried very hard for this bb. But I would be just as happy even if it were another way."
In 2018, during an appearance in The Doctors, the musician revealed that she had frozen her eggs due to an endometriosis diagnosis.
She said at the time: "Doing an ovarian reserve is important to me because I'm fortunate enough to have that as an option, but I need to be aggressive about protecting my fertility, about protecting myself."
