Halsey explodes at heckler yelling ex G-Eazy's name: 'Do not disrespect me'

Halsey lost it at a rude heckler during her show in Miami and furiously confronted them, threatening to kick them out of the premises.

The 25-year-old singer songwriter stopped performing and berated the member of the audience who had repeatedly been taunting her by yelling "G-Eazy".

G-Eazy, real name Gerald Gillum, dated Halsey on and off between 2017 and 2018, but split amid reports he cheated on her, and she has also implied he abused her.

In fan footage captured at the concert, Halsey abruptly stops speaking to the crowd and marched over to the offending audience member.

"If you say G Eazy one more f**king time I'm going to kick you outside of this party," she rants.

"Test me. F**king test me."

She leans into the crowd at the side of the stage, trying to find the person who was calling her ex's name.

"Was it you?" she demanded.

"Who's yelling G-Eazy? Because I'll kick your a*s out of the f**king club."

The crowd cheered as she exclaimed: "Do not disrespect me at my own f**king show."

Unable to find the perpetrator, she marched round the outside of the crowd to get a closer look, before leading the crowd to chant "F**k that guy!"

Halsey appeared to reference the incident shortly afterwards on Instagram (Instagram)

Halsey later posted an Instagram story which seemed to reference the incident, saying: “Don’t ever let someone make you feel crazy or unhinged cause ur a woman standing up for yourself [sic].

“Don’t tolerate disrespect in the name of being ‘nice’. Love u.”

Shortly after the footage from the concert went viral, Halsey wrote a comment on Instagram that appeared to imply she had been abused by G-Eazy.

She wrote: “I see y’all in the comments. I know you think you’re funny. Cause you’re at home on your iPhone and I’m not a real human being to you.

“I hope to God you never have to experience an abusive relationship. And if you do, I hope the world is kinder to you than you are to me.”

MirrorOnline has reached out to a rep for G-Eazy for comment.
