Halloween in Dublin 2019: A list of six scary films hitting the screens this spooky season

Spooky season is finally here and it’s time to stock up on pumpkins and treats.

As the days grow shorter and the temperatures colder, what better way to relax than to watch Halloween movies in the cosy warmth of the cinema.

Hitting Odeon screens across Dublin are a series of fantastic horror films which are sure to make you squirm in your seats.

Watch the creepy and the kooky (mysterious and spooky) antics of “The Addams Family” starring Snoop Dogg, Bett Midler, and Charlize Theron.

Get your kids in the Halloween spirit with “A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon” and the loveable “Abominable”.

And don’t miss out on the film of the season “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” starring Angelina Jolie, Michelle Pfeiffer, Dakota Fanning, and Northern Irish actress Jenn Murray.

Older audiences will have the opportunity to watch “Joker” starring Jaoquin Phoenix who has already been tipped for an Oscar for his performance or “Zombieland: Double Tap” starring Woody Harrelson and Emma Stone.

Sinead O’Neill, Marketing Manager of ODEON Cinemas said: “Halloween is set to be a big one for fantastic family films. Our special family offers allow families to see all of their favourites whenever they please over mid-term break”.

Odeon Cinemas is offering Grown Ups Pay Kids’ Prices with any family ticket (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children*).
