Hakim Ziyech has got Arsenal fans talking after helping Morocco to win in African Cup of Nations

Some Arsenal fans have reacted in unison this afternoon (Sunday) after watching Hakim Ziyech help Morocco to victory at the African Cup of Nations against Namibia.

The Ajax star, who has been heavily linked with a move to England this summer amid interest from Arsenal and Liverpool, was key for Morocco in their 1-0 win as they got their AFCON campaign off to a winning start.

Ziyech was instrumental as Morocco dominated against their opponents, with 17 shots compared to Namibia's three as Herve Renard's side enjoyed 66 per cent possession in the Group D clash in Cairo.

But the Atlas Lions had to wait until the 89th minute to make the breakthrough, as Itamunua Keimuine put through his own net, giving Morocco victory.

And Ziyech was instrumental in the winning goal as he provided the assist, swinging in the free kick that was misjudged by Keimuine.

Ziyech was Morocco's main creative force during the game, showing some trickery, incisive passing and key runs, with his display attracting plenty of attention from the Gunners fans, with Arsenal being linked with a move for the 26-year-old.

However, Arsenal are not the only ones interested in signing Ziyech, with Liverpool the current favourites to sign the Moroccan star.

But here's what the Arsenal fans have been saying on social media about Ziyech this evening (Sunday).
