Haissem Hassan has shared his delight at joining the club after his £6 million transfer.
Hassan has signed a four-year deal with the Scottish champions, making the move from Real Oviedo.
The winger has experience in La Liga and the World Cup.
He said: "At 24, I think it's a good moment for to move away from Spain.
"I've been there for six years.
"With Celtic's history, all the great players, the fans and the atmosphere, I think this is the perfect moment for me.
"I know I'm joining a big club, the biggest club in Scotland, and I'm really looking forward to taking the next step."
The player, known for his dribbling and chance creation, told fans what they can expect from him.
When asked about his style of play, he said: "For me, football is all about enjoyment, and my first job is to bring enjoyment to the fans who come to the stadium."
Hassan also said that he is a "skilful winger" who likes one-on-one situations and combining with his teammates.
He admitted that there is "a lot to improve on" but hopes to "show the best of myself."

Hassan has previously played in both France and Spain and is no stranger to moving to a new football country.
He said: "It was quite a challenge leaving France at 18, discovering a new country and learning a new language.
"That's what I want to do here as well: learn English, experience a new culture and discover a new style of football.
"I'm really excited about it."
He is also excited about the prospect of winning with Celtic.
He said: "At Celtic, everything is about winning, and that's what I want.
"We need to prove that we are still the best team in Scotland, qualify for the Champions League and have a good run in Europe."
