Beauty salon offering free pamper treatments to NHS staff amid coronavirus outbreak

A Beauty salon has recently announced that it will be offering free treatments to NHS staff as a way to say thank you for their ongoing hard work.

All Eyes On You, situated on Queen Street, Cheadle, will be providing complimentary salon treatments to staff members over the next month.

Claudia Jackson, 29, has owned All Eyes On You for the past three years.

She said: “I decided to offer the NHS a free pampering as I have a lot of friends and clients in the NHS who work so hard looking after other people.

“They do long hours with young babies at home and never actually get time to look after themselves.

“I know the NHS is under strain with the current crisis and being in beauty I thought I could help by making the staff feel good about themselves as they deserve it.”

The complimentary offer was posted to the All Eyes On You social media pages.

The caption on Instagram reads: “Calling all NHS staff.

“When you’re not grafting you deserve a pamper therefore we shall be offering a free treatment over the next month of your choice to say thank you for all the hard work you’re doing.

“Flash us your NHS card and you’re in.

“You deserve the world and more for your kindness.

“Drop us a message.”

The post was well received by the salon’s social media following - many of whom left messages of appreciation in the comments.

One user commented: “This is such a lovely gesture, we thank you for the support through these hard times.”

While another posted: “I’ll be booking in, lovely support for us healthcare staff.”

Claudia’s team at the Cheadle salon consists of Jen who provides Luxurious Lash Life treatments, Faye the 'Face Nurse' and Johanna who specialises in Smoothlines facials.

Treatments on offer to NHS staff workers include any nail, tinting, waxing or eyebrow treatments.

A Stockport resident who first spotted the post said: “I was very touched when I saw this selfless act.

“I just feel it’s wonderful to see small local businesses supporting frontline workers in any way they can during this pandemic, spreading positivity and community spirit!”
