The Haill Six Incorporated Trades held the annual Kirkin’ of the Deacon Convener on Sunday.
Ian D Swan was re-elected deacon convener at the annual general meeting and he led the large colourful procession through the old High Street to the Parish Kirk.
Joining the Kirkcudbright Trades were Provost Lesley Garbutt, Councillor Pauline Drysdale and a number of deacons from Irvine Incorporated Trades.
