Hailey Bieber has revealed that she is 'trying to do better' after a waitress branded her 'not nice' in a viral video last year.
The 24-year-old model and socialite, who is married to Justin Bieber, admitted that she was left feeling upset amid claims of her having rude behavior were made in the explosive clip.
While Hailey took ownership and apologised at the time, she has since revealed that she is still working hard to improve herself and is open to people correcting her.
It came after a Tik Tok user Julia Carolan rated Hailey 3.5/10 as she opened up about her experience of serving celebrities as a waitress in a high-end restaurant.
Speaking to Dr. Jess Clemons in a recent YouTube interview, Hailey opened up about her regrets surrounding the experience.
"Months ago, there was this TikTok of this girl, right? And she was a waitress in New York and she was kind of rating people's level of kindness or her interaction with them on a different scale," Hailey recalled.
"And she did one about me, and she was like, "You know I didn't have a great experience with her, I just didn't feel like she was that nice." When I saw her video I was so upset."
Hailey then admitted that sometimes she had gone through tough moments which made it hard for her to interact with people around her, but she also vowed to work on doing better.
The model continued: "I don't ever remember meeting her, but I thought about it, and I regretted that, and I wished that that wasn't her experience with me.
"I wish I didn't act that way towards her. I'm a human, and I made a mistake, and I acted a way that was out of character for me. I acted a way that I don't want to be. I'm trying to do better every single day, and I want to continue to grow as a person and I'm open to people correcting me," Hailey added.
Hailey was one of a host of celebrities that were mentioned by the TikTok user as she ranked their kindness out of 10.
Among the stars that were referenced in the clip, Bella and Gigi Hadid were given an impressive 10/10, and Beyonce was given a whopping 10000000/10.
Ranking at the lower end of the scale was Kendall Jenner, who Julia awarded a measly 4/10 for being 'cold'.
After Hailey stumbled upon the video last year, she also reached out to Julia and said that it had never been her intention.
Hailey wrote at the time: "Just came across this video, and wanted to say sorry if I've ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude. That's not ever my intention!"
