From denim campaigns to creative director debuts at Venice Film Festival, here’s what’s been happening in the world of fashion this week.
All hail Hailey, new face of DKNY
Hailey Bieber has been unveiled as the new global face of DKNY, with the model fronting the firm’s autumn 2025 campaign in minimalist classics and plenty of denim. Another big career move for Bieber, who recently graced the cover of Vogue and sold her beauty business, Rhode, for $1bn in May.
For the campaign, Bieber was photographed by Mikael Jansson in a warehouse space with pops of the brand’s signature iconic Taxi cab yellow.
“A modern-day muse and force of nature, Hailey brings a unique blend of quiet confidence, creative vision, and intuitive style that resonates worldwide,” the brand has said of her appointment.
Bottega pops up in Harrods
The Italian luxury fashion house is marking the 50th anniversary of its iconic Intrecciato leather weave and Londoners can join in the fun. It has a Bottega Veneta pop-up store in Harrods, including an exclusive emerald green capsule collection, until September 28.
The pop-up store will also debut Mezzanotte, a collection of three new perfumes in the Bottega Veneta fragrance line, “each distinguished by deep, enveloping scents and precious wood ingredients”.

Stars style it out in Venice
Venice Film Festival has been full of sneak previews into fashion’s changing of the guard, with early looks at Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel, Jonathan Anderson’s Dior Women and Louise Trotter’s Bottega Veneta all causing a lot of conversation. Tilda Swinton and Jacob Elordi are just two of the hot mannequins.
Perhaps the most buzzworthy look has been Greta Lee’s look from Jonathan Anderson’s new Dior collection, a mini dress that resembled a gift-wrap-esque bow.
