Hailey Bieber has apologised to a New York waitress after she was slammed on social media for being 'not nice' to serve.
Waitress Julia Carolan, who is now a model for State Management, went viral after she rated celebrities that she had served while working in Manhattan.
Although she didn't specify the restaurant in question, the hostess is believed to have worked a stint at Nobu.
In a video that Julia shared on TikTok, the hostess awarded Justin Bieber's wife a lowly 3.5/10 after serving her several times at the famous celebrity haunt.
"This is going to be controversial, but I've met her a handful of times and each time she was not nice," Julia says.
The waitress added: "I really want to like her, but I have to give her a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry."
Since going viral, Hailey appeared to catch wind of the clip and took some initiative to apologise for her actions.
In the comments section of the clip, the American model wrote: "Just came across this video, and wanted to say sorry if I've ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude. That's not ever my intention!"
Hailey wasn't the only celebrity to face criticism over their dining etiquette by the NYC hostess.
Kylie Jenner received the lowest rating among all the celebs with a 2/10.
"She was fine but she tipped $20 on a $500 dinner bill. Do with that information what you will," the hostess said.
Sister Kendall Jenner also didn't fare too well, with Julia adding: "'I did not have the best experience with [her]. She used to come in all the time but was pretty cold toward staff. She also usually has someone speak for her and doesn't speak directly to staff.'
With a 4/10 rating, the waitress added: "Im gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and say she's just shy?"
During the video, Julia also had nothing but praise for sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid, and gave them a 10/10.
Other stars lauded for their kind nature were Beyonce, Josh Peck and Nick Jonas.
