Hailey Bieber, Gal Gadot and Heidi Klum were among the stars leading the way on the socially distanced red carpet.
Looking as stunning as ever, Justin Bieber's wife opted for a pink velvet co-ord set consisting of a bandeau and a long pencil skirt that featured a thigh-high slit.
Hailey teamed her look with a pair of chrome pointy toed heels as she let her blonde locks flow over her shoulders.
Hailey's husband Justin performed his hit song Anyone, as well as his previously released track Intentions alongside Migos rapper Quavo.
Justin was nominated for five awards, two of which he scooped up.
He took home the Favourite Male Artist award, as well as Favourite Music Collaboration with Ariana Grande, for their hit Stuck With U.
He was also nominated for Favourite Song, and for two other nominations in the Favourite Music Collaboration category.
Meanwhile Wonder Woman star Gal - who is currently expecting her third child with husband Yaron Varsano - dazzled on the red carpet in a vibrant flowing yellow dress.
The actress - who was nominated for Favourite Movie Actress but closely lost out to Millie Bobby Brown - teamed her bright halter neck dress with a pair of yellow sandals.
Gal opted for minimal make-up as she let her short hair flow.
The star - who is set to give birth later this year - grinned from ear-to-ear as she posed for snaps on the red carpet.
Supermodel Heidi Klum also made an appearance, and it's safe to say the star wanted to stand out on the carpet.
The German model opted for a bold and colourful turtleneck which she paired with yellow leopard-print trousers.
Other stars spotted posing up a storm on the red carpet included Anna Kendrick, who wore a black and white mini-dress which she teamed up with black platform stilettos.
The Pitch Perfect star wrapped her hair up in a bun as she let some loose strands of hair flow over her face.
Comedian Tiffany Haddish also graced the red carpet in a vibrant yellow midi dress that featured a colourful starfish pattern on it.
