A woman who had smoked since the age of 12 and had been left looking almost 10 years older than she was sobbed as she was dramatically transformed.
Amanda, 56, had previously been through multiple traumas, with previous abuse leaving her with teeth that made her feel "ashamed".
Speaking on 10 Years Younger in 10 Days, Amanda said she had found the strength to walk away from abuse and was now with a wonderful partner John.
But after an illness Amanda lost three stone in two months and said: "All I see now is lines and a sunken face".
The Channel 5 show saw people on the street predict how old Amanda was and the average age came out at 64, with people saying she looked "tired and weather beaten."
Amanda said before her illness she was "vibrant and proud" of who she was, but now she viewed herself as "old, haggard and with a tired looking face."
Amanda had her teeth completely transformed by a cosmetic dentist and was left thrilled.
But it was when she had botox on her face that she burst into tears and gasped into the mirror.
Amanda said: "I don't think I've ever looked this good, I feel amazing, I'm giving up smoking, this is it now."
In a further transformation Amanda also updated her wardrobe with some new looks following advice from a fashion expert.

And when it came to the final reveal Amanda was completely thrilled.
She said: "This is the woman that's staying, I can't remember the last time I have stood here proud.
"The past has to go, it's gone."
Following her transformation Amanda's age was guessed at 52, making her 12 years younger than the public's initial estimate.
Amanda's family was also thrilled with her new look, with her fiance saying: "You look gorgeous, I'm so proud of you."
