Just like Fenwick's Window, Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas in Newcastle now without Hadrian's Tipi.
After causing a real stir when it made its first appearance next to Central Station at the end of 2016, the festive pop-up has quite rightly become a massive favourite with both Geordies and visitors to Newcastle.
Since November 2017, it has made the switch to Stack on Pilgrim Street in the city centre and it will be the popular shipping container development where it will be once again in 2021.
And Stack have now sparked some premature Christmas spirit by revealing that Hadrian's Tipi will actually open before Halloween on Friday, October 22.

Over the past few years, the Tipi has been THE place to enjoy a warm and cosy catch-up with friends in the run up to Santa coming, with many people seizing the opportunity to enjoy a mulled wine or two by the firepit.
The Tipi has also been a hotbed of entertainment with live music, DJ sets and visits from Santa.
Teasing what's ahead for this year, Stack took to Facebook on Friday morning to post a picture of the Tipi along with the words: "£IT'S ALMOST TIPI TIME
"Hadrian's Tipi is BACK AT STACK on Friday 22 October - just one little week away!
"We can't wait to see you."
The post quickly gathered plenty of comments and shares, with one follower replying: "the best time of the year is upon us," and another posting: "Ooo defo coming here in a couple of weeks."
A third responded: "totes going here."
