If there's one thing you do not want to come between it's a fashionista and a designer/high street collaboration.
At 9am this morning the much anticipated H&M x Moshcino collaboration was supposed to drop online.
But, as eager fans refreshed the page at 9am on the dot, the site experienced a malfunction, not letting anyone through to shop the collection.
The website was simply stuck on a holding page that read: "We're glad you're here! We're making final preparation to the Moschino [TV] H&M collection. Please hang in there and we'll have you shopping in no time. Trust us, it's worth the wait!"
Fans used Twitter in their hundreds to say that the UK site, as well as customers in the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium and Spain, couldn't get onto the website. Nor the brand's app.
The website finally started working nearly 20 minutes after the launch time, with most shoppers able to finally get through at 9.19am.
Many are still experiencing issues on both the website and app, but by the looks of things there is still plenty of H&M x Moschino stock left to get your hands on.
H&M is yet to give an update on its Twitter page about the site crash.
