Just weeks before she graduated from Auburn University, gymnast Samantha Cerio made national headlines when she dislocated both of her knees and suffered multiple ligament tears during a tumbling routine.
Cerio was able to walk across the stage at graduation using crutches, and her coach said that Cerio’s goal was to be able to walk down the aisle at her wedding. Cerio shared photos from the ceremony this week, and she was able to enjoy the night under her own power.
