Gyms and leisure centres are set to reopen next week.
But there will be key rules you'll have to follow if you want to work out.
Some of the measures which will be in force include one-hour time limits and wearing face masks when you are walking between machines, The Mirror reports.
One way systems are likely to be in force at your gym, while many gyms will have reduced the number of machines and increased the space for social distancing.
Most gyms will introduce booking systems, because people will only be able to spend a maximum of an hour at a time exercising inside.
Although you won't have to exercise with a mask on, you will have to wear one while moving between equipment.
Various gym chains have introduced new policies.
PureGym says members will be be able to enter their local facility by using the company's app, meaning access is completely contact-free.
Around 2,000L of fresh air will also be pumped into the chain's gyms every second.
The Gym Group said people will be able to use a live app to monitor how busy their local gym is, and told members to wipe down machines with paper towels after using them.
Under the government rules, people can exercise inside individually, or with members of their own household or bubble.
However, some individual companies may have different rules on this, possibly asking people to train alone in all circumstances.
For example, the Gym Group said: "We do not currently allow for members to train with each other, even if you are from the same household or bubble.
"This is to ensure that there is still plenty of access around the gym, and avoids members from getting too close to one another.
"For health and safety while using equipment, spotting is permitted, however the spotter must be wearing a face mask. If you do not have a face mask, you should not be spotting."
David Lloyd Leisure clubs have introduced a one-way system in its studios to keep members apart
