Gwyneth Paltrow shares rare snap of kids with Chris Martin as she works from home

Gwyneth Paltrow, 47, has posted a rare snap of her children with ex husband Chris Martin, Apple and Moses.

The Goop owner is working from home during the coronavirus measures, and she is joined by her two teenage children.

She posted a smiley selfie, while Apple, 15, and Moses, 13, stood beside her.

Only their eyes and half their faces were visible in the snap, but the resemblance to their actress mother and Coldplay star father is clear.

"WHF with some moral support," she wrote, alongside a green love heart emoji to match Moses' t-shirt.

The trio are self-isolating in her LA mansion where Gywneth continues to run her Goop empire.

She looks radiant and makeup-free in the stunning photo, giving a glimpse into her modern kitchen with a wooden counter island and marble tiling.

Gwyneth recently hinted she’s feeling sexually frustrated while in coronavirus isolation with her husband Brad Falchuk.

The couple have sought help from intimacy coach Michaela Boehm in a YouTube advice session.

In a video first shared to her Goop members, and now posted on YouTube, the couple opened up about their relationship, while Gwyneth admitted many adults will be suffering from sexual frustration.

The Hollywood star admitted: "We're lucky that we have a really solid relationship but we're also in the house with the kids and it's pretty close quarters."

The video, titled How Do You Find Intimacy In Uncertain Times?, showed the couple spend almost an hour telling Michaela about their family tensions.

Gwyneth explained her children are struggling, saying: "I think we all feel, especially my teenagers right now, are feeling really pent in – especially Apple, who is a really social creature.

“We're really following the strict guidelines so she's not able to see people she usually sees, so it gets fractious in moments.

"So there's definitely tensions in the house, and we have the added dynamic of step-parent, and I think there is quite a lot of stress that comes from trying to recalibrate to this new normal and new level of proximity."

She then revealed her and Brad's lack of privacy in their mansion is bringing a bit of an issue, explaining: “As a couple it's sort of like, ‘Where do you go as a couple when you're all in the house and you've got dogs, and work, and work from home."
