Finally, terrible news from the internet, where Gwyneth Paltrow has threatened to stop producing Goop, the weekly email newsletter she began to share tips on "nourishing the inner aspect". Lost in Showbiz generally nourishes its inner aspect with Ginsters pasties and gin, so it has found the advice of Paltrow and various friends a boon. They have invaluable tips for working mothers (give the kids lemon flax oil at breakfast), cooks ("a great time-saver is to make steel-cut oatmeal, put it in a ceramic bread-loaf pan and slice it each morning"), travellers ("make sure you get a room at Shutters in LA with an ocean view," she advises, neglecting to mention they cost £615 a night) etc.

Paltrow said: "There were a couple of times when I thought, 'I'm just going to stop doing it, people are so mean to me.'" Lost in Showbiz felt its heart skip a beat, but it would appear it can relax: "But then I was like, 'Who cares what some lame person says?'" LiS says: right on Gwynnie! Let the haters drink their Hateraid! Another round of lemon flax oil and steel-cut oatmeal for everyone!
