The family of Guys 'N' Dolls singer Dominic Grant have said that he has died at the age of 71.
A statement released on behalf of the late Dominic's wife reads: "It is with such great sadness that I have to tell you I have lost my darling Dominic, suddenly on Wednesday November 18, to an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
"He was an amazing husband, father, brother and brand new grandad. My heart is shattered.
"He was kind and strong and always the life and soul of the party. His distinctive, beautiful voice will live on forever - I couldn't have loved him more and don't quite know what our family will do without him... he was our shining star."
Dominic was best known for being part of Guys 'N' Dolls, a pop group which saw huge success in the 1970s.
He was also son-in-law to late Strictly host Bruce Forsyth, who was wife Julia Forsyth's father.
Julia was also in the band, which began to garner a considerable following in the late '70s.
Their hit singles include There's A Whole Lot Of Loving and You Don't Have To Say You Love Me, both of which broke into the UK Top 10.
After the six piece group went their separate ways, Dominic and Julia decided to take to the stage together.
And off the stage, Dominic harboured a deep passion for sculpting.
He had exhibited work in Amsterdam, Marbella, Monte Carlo and London's Mayfair.
To mark father-in-law Sir Bruce's 60 years in showbiz, Dominic crafted an immaculate bronze bust of him in 2005.
Sir Bruce died in 2017.
Dominic gifted one of his works, a statue of King George IV, to the Kentish seaside town of Ramsgate, to mark 200 years since the monarch made it the UK's only royal harbour.
The work is expected to be installed in September next year.
