One of Kevin Spacey's former co-stars described the disgraced actor as a "handsy guy" as he recalled working with him in the past.
Guy Pearce, who starred alongside Spacey in the 1997 film "L.A. Confidential," opened up in a new interview about his experiences with the former "House of Cards" star, who is accused of sexual misconduct by numerous men.
"Tough one to talk about at the moment," Pearce told host Andrew Denton on the Australian talk show "Interview," according to The Telegraph. "Amazing actor; incredible actor. Slightly difficult time with Kevin, yeah. He's a handsy guy."
"Thankfully I was 29, and not 14," Pearce, 50, said of working with Spacey.
The first sexual misconduct allegation against Spacey, 58, emerged in October, with actor Anthony Rapp accusing Spacey of climbing on top of him in bed and attempting to seduce him in 1986, when Rapp was only 14.
Spacey, who would've been 26 at the time, responded to Rapp's claim in a statement saying he did not remember the incident and apologizing for "what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior."
A wave of accusations against Spacey have followed, including the Old Vic theater in London _ where Spacey was artistic director for over a decade _ reporting it had gotten 20 complaints against the actor.
Spacey was fired from his Netflix show "House of Cards" last year amid the scandal, and he was replaced in the movie "All the Money in the World," which had already been filmed, by Christopher Plummer _ a move that cost roughly $10 million in re-shoots.
Authorities in Los Angeles and London, meanwhile, are investigating allegations made against the actor.
