Guy left 200-word special request on his pizza order and people love it

The hilarious and sweet elaborate customer request went down a treat with Redditors

A customer request shared to Reddit has since gone viral as it had everyone in stitches. That’s because, the anonymous customer had managed to turn a small, minor pizza request on his pepper preference into a thorough, 200-word stream of consciousness.

In a bizarre-yet-wonderful note, the customer said: “I put green peppers but don’t actually want them.

“I want banana peppers instead but they aren’t listed and I don’t want the uncomfortable scenario of adding a topping in the comments but not paying for it and then you’re all ‘this a**hole is going off menu and expects free banana peppers’.”

“I’m not that guy”, he added.

In an attempt to round things up - before rambling again - the concise customer said:

“Anyway, to sum up: no green peppers as listed in the topping for this pizza, substitute banana peppers.

“Also, I prefer to call them pepperoncinis but I fear the obvious pepperoncinipepperoni mix up.”

Just a short 20-lines down, he signed off with: “Keep it real you glorious bastards.”

Redditors were huge fans of the ‘pepperoncini guy' and flocked to the post to show appreciation.

Many of which were well-wishes for the anonymous customer with hopes that he received free extra peppers.

One Redditor pointed out the question that was on everyone’s mind: “This always confuses me because my comments are capped at 25 characters, I barely have room to ask for garlic sauce much less write a novel about peppers”.

“As some who owns a restaurant this made my day. I want to print this out and put it on the wall so all my employees can have a laugh.” another added.

We hope he got his pepperoncinis!
