Brazilian night / The Slate Phuket / June 13
On June 13, The Slate Phuket presents "Brazilian Bold – Amazonian Fire Ritual", one of the most immersive dining events the island has seen all year. Rivet & Rebar, The Slate's celebrated open-fired grill, will be transformed into dense layers of lush greenery cascading through the interior, to create a living, breathing forest, which will be brought to life with samba, fire and the seductive aromas of South American cooking. A samba dancer will move through the room, bringing the heartbeat of Brazil directly to the table. Bold is the flagship expression of The Slate Phuket's defining belief: Be Original, Lighthearted and Daring. The menu will include caipirinhas; traditional suckling pig, Brazilian and South American prime beef cuts, Brazilian rice and Feijoada, a Brazilian black bean stew; and for dessert, cheese bread with Dulce de Leche and ice cream, served with a rum shot.
Dry ageing / Bull & Bear / June 15-30
Perched on the 55th floor of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, Bull & Bear will offer “The Art Of Dry Aging” through an exclusive menu from June 15-30. The menu presents two signature expressions of dry ageing. The first, “Whiskey Butter Aged", features Australian Black Angus and Wagyu MB7, aged for 35 days in a generous layer of butter infused with Michter’s US 1 Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, while protecting the meat from oxygen exposure throughout the ageing process. Highlights include Australian Black Angus NY Strip Steak, Australian Wagyu Tenderloin MB7 and Full Blood Wagyu Tomahawk MB9. The second technique, “Chipotle Onion & Beef Tallow Aging", focuses on building deeper umami and refined smoky complexity through a 28-day ageing process of True North Black Onyx and Japanese Wagyu from Hokkaido in rendered beef tallow infused with roasted onion and chipotle. Selections include Australian Black Angus Ribeye MB4, Hokkaido Wagyu Ribeye A4 and Saga Wagyu Striploin A4.

The Kiwami Brunch Special Edition makes its debut on June 7. Designed as an immersive Japanese-inspired brunch journey, the brunch experience brings together three distinctive dining destinations Cuisine Unplugged, Tenko Omakase, and Leoka Teppanyaki. Highlights include live teppanyaki dishes prepared à la minute, alongside premium ingredients such as whole tuna, caviar and Japanese salmon ikura with ice-filtered vodka, imported European hams, black truffle risotto in a Parmesan wheel, Australian Wagyu prime rib, freshly shucked oysters and an extensive seafood-on-ice selection. On June 10, the Lumpini Room at Dusit Thani Bangkok will host a meaningful and delicious fundraiser. "Her Future, Our Promise. A Dinner Of Hope" brings together six Bangkok chefs for a seven-course dinner in support of Friends Of Thai Daughters, an organisation dedicated to protecting the futures of vulnerable girls in Northern Thailand. Every baht raised on the night will be donated to the foundation. Leading the collaboration is chef Andrea Susto of Cannubi by Umberto Bombana, and joining him are chefs DK from Haoma, Tap from Restaurant Coda, Thav from 80/20, Napol from Nawa Thai Cuisine and Steve from I-Sang. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail reception before guests are seated for dinner, which includes a wine pairing.

Community cafe chain Holey Artisan Bakery turns 10 on June 14 and in celebration there will be a full day of events at its Phra Khanong branch. The Holey Mothership Open Bakery will be free and open to the public with an anniversary menu, a Coffee Works brew tasting, live music and libations and contributions from long-term partners: Beervana, Alchemy, Lucila and BBnB.
Chef visit / Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie / June 11-14
Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie will welcome chef Anne-Sophie Pic back for a limited engagement from June 11-14. Chef Pic returns to the dining room overlooking the Chao Phraya River for four days only, presenting a new chapter of the restaurant’s culinary dialogue. Created for Bangkok, the experience introduces new dishes like La Daurade d’Akashi and La Crevette d’Amakusa. Seafood continues through La Sole de Bretagne, while other highlights include Les Asperges blanches de la Loire.
Paint peace / Avani Ratchada Bangkok / June 13
Avani Ratchada Bangkok will hold the “Paint Your Peace: Mandala Art Therapy – 2nd Edition”, a mindful art workshop designed to nurture emotional well-being through colour and form, at Metro Lounge on June 13. The immersive two-hour experience is led by the creative team from All You Can Art Studio and encourages participants to explore emotions, spark imagination and discover peace in Mandala Art Therapy. The Ministry of Sound continues its 35th Anniversary World Tour this June with two Thailand shows featuring Darius Syrossian, Riva Starr and Jesse P. The tour arrives at Illuzion Phuket on June 26 before heading to Seen Beach Club Koh Samui on June 27 for a second event in an open-air beachfront setting. Headlining is Moxy Muzik founder Darius Syrossian, known for his groove-led approach to house and techno, alongside Italian house mainstay and Snatch! Records boss Riva Starr. Robinson Lifestyle Chachoengsao is hosting the street food and music festival, "Kin Len Yen Jai", until June 7. The event features more than 40 famous food Kiosks serving more than 200 delicious dishes. Highlighting the culinary lineup is "Khun Chai moo krob" (by celebrity Art Pasut), the hottest crispy pork sensation with record-breaking queues. Other viral food stops include Mor Mae June, Kap Khao Kap Poo (overflowing crab rolls), the legendary Jirapan Grilled Chicken, and Lin Thep, famous for premium grilled beef tongue and Picanha steak. Visitors can also enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza from Prachin Buri’s Pizza Napoli, alongside a massive variety of savoury dishes, desserts and refreshing drinks. Solo exhibition / 515 Victory Hall / June 11-14
"States Of Alignment" will be on display at 515 Victory Hall from June 11-14. Curated by Cristina Alonso, the exhibition marks Ozo's first presentation in Asia and the most ambitious body of work the artist has produced to date — 18 new paintings in oil and charcoal on canvas, made over the past year and brought together for the first time in Bangkok. The exhibition takes its title from a single proposition. Alignment, in its ordinary public sense, is what we surrender to: a structure, a hierarchy, a code. Ozo's work proposes a different reading. The exhibition opens with a private reception on June 11 with wines from Vinum Lector.

The Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards Ceremony celebrates its 20th anniversary on June 10 in Bangkok, with the launch of "Cartier Women’s Initiative Docuseries". The inspiring short film series showcases the journeys of five Thai women entrepreneurs, each leading distinct impact businesses, embodying the powerful theme "Women Lighting The Path". The series features Amata "Pearypie" Chittasenee, urban farming advocator; Orn-napat "Earn" Boonanantaphat, founder of Niran Wreath; Jarinporn "Toey" Joonkiat, co-founder of EEC Thailand (Environmental Education Centre Thailand); Pattaraporn "Nat" Salirathavibhaga, co-founder of Baan Kerd Café & Grocer; and Khemupsorn "Cherry" Sirisukha, founder of SiriThai brand. As a global programme dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs in impact businesses, the applications for the 2027 programme are now open until June 16.

Foto Bali Festival 2026 has opened at Nuanu Creative City, marking the beginning of its second edition. Until July 12, the 40-day festival unfolds under the theme "Afterimage", bringing together artists, curators, educators, institutions, collectives and audiences through a programme that expands photography beyond the exhibition format and into a wider field of learning, research, publishing, public dialogue and professional exchange. Foto Bali Festival 2026 presents 36 artists from 24 countries.

Tops, in collaboration with the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, are joining forces to drive domestic consumption of Thai fruits through fruit festivals. The campaign showcases a selection of seasonal fruits from Thailand’s eastern region, including durian, mangosteen, rambutan, longkong and GI-certified pineapples such as Trat golden pineapple and Rayong golden pineapple. The “Fruit Eastival: Serving The Freshness Of Eastern Fruits” brings a caravan of durian and seasonal fruits sourced from orchards across eastern Thailand. The campaign runs until June 30 at Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Daily, Jing Jai Farmers’ Market and Tops Online.
World Environment Month / Open House / Until June 30
Central Embassy's Open House celebrates World Environment Month through an art exhibition, workshops and an eco-conscious design market. More than 30 paintings and sculptures created by 15 leading Thai contemporary artists, including Supalak "Praew" Prapasiri, Korn "Nhau" Neeyapun and Tripak "Moo" Suphawattana, are on display. They reinterpret the meaning of a sustainable world by transforming recycled materials into creative artworks. The eco market brings eco-conscious lifestyle brands, led by Qualy, alongside partner brands that combine creativity with environmental awareness to promote practical sustainable living. Balcony Lounge at the InterContinental Bangkok has launched “The Amazonian Tropic Noir – 1946” afternoon tea, inspired by the opening of the first InterContinental hotel in Belém, Brazil. The concept draws on the richness of the Amazon, Brazil-origin cacao and the timeless elegance of grand hotel traditions, marking the brand’s 80th anniversary with a more tropical, character-driven take on afternoon tea. The set brings together a mix of savoury and sweet elements rooted in Brazilian flavours. On the savoury side, guests can expect Pão de Queijo cheese bread with Parma ham, Brazilian Coxinha filled with shredded chicken, a leek and bacon quiche, and Torta de Bacalhau, a classic salted cod tart. The scones follow the same direction, with lime paired with pineapple spiced and orange jam for a distinctive twist. A host of delicious confections encompass delights such as an Amazon gold tart, combining Brazil-origin chocolate with passion fruit and mango, and the Grand Belém chocolate layer cake–1946 with rum caramel, Brazil nuts and coffee. A chocolate cigar with coffee praline and hints of rum round out the selection, keeping the focus on the region’s key ingredients without overcomplicating the presentation. The small-batch cheesemaker works with locally sourced raw milk, with selections changing according to seasonal availability.
