"Margarita Your Way" brings immersive experiences, creative cocktail serves and collaborations with some of Bangkok's bars, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle destinations. The "Margarita Your Way Pop-Up" at Siam Paragon's M Floor is where visitors can explore different Patrón margarita styles and discover which one best matches their character. The experience revolves around four distinct personalities — Classic, Fruity, Spicy and Cool — each representing a different attitude, flavour profile and way of enjoying the world's favourite tequila cocktail. A series of Friday Guest Shifts at the Margarita Your Way Pop-Up will see bartenders will take over the space to present their own interpretation of the margarita. To officially celebrate Margarita Month, Patrón will host a special launch party on July 10, featuring DJ performances, entertainment, signature cocktails and interactive experiences. As the best bartenders descend on the region for Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026, Campari is marking the occasion with a week of events spanning Hong Kong and the awards' home at Wynn Palace in Macau. With the ceremony taking place on July 28, the programme brings together Campari Red Hands champions, regional headline talent and some of Asia's most celebrated bars for a run of guest shifts, showcases and one late-night finale. Campari will also host a booth at the official awards ceremony on July 28 at the Grand Theatre within Wynn Palace, where the region's best bars will be revealed and the Campari One To Watch Award, recognising a bar with the potential to break into a future top 50 ranking, will be presented. Campari kicks off with a showcase at Mius, Hong Kong, on July 26 with a line-up of champions from Campari Red Hands alongside regional talents for an afternoon of world-class technique and storytelling. Guest bartenders include Cris Song of Pony Up, Shanghai; Hiroyuki Yamada of Bee's Knees, Kyoto; Tanat "Kem" Suttirak of Cherry Olive Cocktail Club, Bangkok; and Uno Jang, creative director of Jigger & Pony Group. Culinary collab / Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit / July 19
Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit will host its Champagne Sunday Jazzy Brunch on July 19 and July 26 at The Living Room, Rossini’s and basil. On July 19, Thai restaurant, basil, joins forces with Samsen Villa to present a journey through Thailand’s four regional cuisines: Central, Lanna, Isan and Southern. Complementing the Thai showcase is the brunch’s full international repertoire: Australian 120-day prime rib beef, Half lobster Thermidor, Fine de Claire oysters, Alaska king crab legs, live sushi by a Japanese chef, Peking duck, a live pasta station, an Around-the-world cheese trolley and the Rossini show kitchen. On July 26, the theme is "Surf & Turf: Waves & Flames" and guests can expect Mediterranean herb-marinated lamb with grilled octopus, Korean beef bulgogi with seared ahi tuna teriyaki, the iconic “Reef & Beef” Burger, and Lobster Thermidor.
Pairing playground / GranMonte Vineyard and Winery x Kwann / July 17
GranMonte Vineyard and Winery is partnering with live-fire restaurant Kwann to present "GranMonte's Pairing Playground 2026", an immersive one-night culinary experience celebrating Thai cuisine, Thai wine and the country's leading sommeliers. The event also marks the first collaborative showcase of "Wine Puen" ("Friend's Wine"), GranMonte's curated selection of international wines. Taking place on July 17, Pairing Playground transforms dinner into an interactive exploration of flavour, inviting guests to discover how different wines can completely reshape the dining experience. Rather than a traditional wine pairing dinner, Pairing Playground places Thailand's sommeliers will interpret chef Piyapong "Bom" Ming-ngam's modern Thai cuisine through their own pairing philosophy.
Biryani brunch / Rangoon Tea House x Jhol / July 19
Rangoon Tea House launches its new "Biryani Brunch" series with a first collaboration with Jhol. Chef Honey Rae Zenang welcomes chef Spandan Majumder to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Myanmar and India through two distinctive biryanis, generous shared plates and vibrant family-style dining. The menu brings together Rangoon Tea House and Jhol’s respective culinary identities through small plates, biryani, condiments and dessert. Guests can look forward to playful dishes such as Burma Bhel with puffed rice, pomelo and tamarind chutney and Muska Bun with potato brioche, tea leaf butter and pav bhaji butter; among others. The biryani selection includes RTH Chicken Biryani alongside Jhol's Andhra Biryani.
Meat, heat and salt / Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok x Carne Diem Grill / July 15-18
Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok will host Carne Diem Grill by Sri Lankan chef and restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, for an exclusive four-night culinary residency at Botanica. Designed for unhurried dining in a relaxed, open-air veranda setting overlooking the lush Chevaa Garden and bathed in natural light, Botanica provides the perfect backdrop for the dining experience from July 15-18. Carne Diem Grill has reimagined the classic steakhouse through its philosophy of "Meat. Heat. Salt". Rather than relying on elaborate seasonings, the concept celebrates the natural flavour of exceptional ingredients, elevated through masterful grilling and the elemental power of fire. At the heart of the experience is Ignis Maximus, chef Munidasa's bespoke charcoal grill inspired by traditional Japanese yakitori craftsmanship. An eight-course sharing menu for two, combining Carne Diem Grill's signature fire-cooked creations with Botanica's contemporary culinary style awaits.
Rooftop collabs / Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong / July to September
Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong will host a three-month collaboration series at Sato San Rooftop Bar). Running from July to September, the limited-time programme brings together acclaimed chefs, mixologists and lifestyle partners. The series kicks off with a collaboration between Sato San Rooftop Bar, led by chef Gawinwiz Peerasaksophon, and Kissuisen at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, led by head chef Yuichi Mitsui. Throughout the month, guests can savour exclusive Japanese-inspired dishes paired with four limited-edition signature cocktails, collaboratively crafted by mixologists from both venues. The collaboration culminates in two special "Four Hands" events, on July 30, before the Sato San team heads to Kissuisen for a special guest takeover on July 31. August will see a collaboration with Takumi Restaurant, led by chef Nintra Suwannakam, at Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek. The series concludes in September with a limited-time culinary collaboration featuring chef Atsushi Yoshida, Japanese head chef at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok and the chef overseeing the culinary operations at Chisana Nami, Erawan Bangkok.

Chef David Thompson's Aksorn will host an immersive evening of culture, history and fine dining on July 14. The event features a panel discussion on reviving a long-forgotten piece of Thai theatrical history with Paul Ewing of the Siam Repertory Theatre Company, Reuben Grove and Robert Goodale. The trio will share insights into their upcoming production of The King’s Command, a 125-year-old royal play written in 1901 by His Majesty King Vajiravudh (King Rama VI). Originally penned as a one-act comedy under a pseudonym while the young King was living in England, this world-class production marks the first time the play will be professionally staged for the public in over a century. Guests will be served an array of curated canapés followed by a multi-course dinner menu featuring the historic recipes of Mom Luang Prin.

Highlights include the Innside All Day Breakfast, featuring two eggs cooked to your liking, chicken sausage, smoked ham, bacon and potatoes, and the Innside Egg Benedict, comprised of poached eggs, Serrano ham, smoked salmon and Asian hollandaise sauce on an English muffin. Smashed avocado on sourdough, topped with tomato salsa, cherry tomato, pumpkin seeds and a poached egg, is also on offer, as is the Prawn and crab bao with dill mayo and Japanese cucumber. For those with a sweet tooth, fluffy pancake stacks served with mixed berries and maple syrup sit alongside classic French toast topped with banana, Chantilly cream, maple syrup and icing sugar.
