
Indiana State Police are investigating a shooting that led to a crash Sunday morning on Interstate 80/94 in Hammond.
Troopers first responded to reports of a crash about 3 a.m. on the I-80/94 eastbound ramp to Indianapolis Boulevard, state police said.
Two vehicles were found abandoned at the scene, police said. One of them, a beige 2001 Pontiac four-door, had bullet holes in the windshield.
The ramp was closed for about two hours, police said.
