Gunshots fired near Shedd Aquarium; no one injured

No one was hurt Thursday when two groups of people fired gunshots at each other near the Shedd Acquarium in the Museum Campus.

The groups had an altercation about 9:20 p.m. and people within each group fired shots at each other, Chicago police said.

Emergency responders came to the 700 block of East Solidarity Drive and found no one was hit — although a vehicle was damaged by gunfire, police said.

No arrests have been reported.
