Paddy McGuinness had fans swooning when he shared a photo to show what he was up to for his birthday.
The Bolton comic, 47, celebrated with a bike ride and posted a snap on Instagram showing his toned arms on show in a vest.
"It wasn’t easy tensing for this pic!" he joked.
Followers rushed to say the father-of-three was looking in great shape as he soaked up the sunshine.
"Thank you for all your lovely birthday messages. Had a lovely bike ride today," he wrote.
The Top Gear host added in a jokey hashtag that it was a 'catalogue model' pose.
"Looking good!" one fan told him.
"Guns Out," gushed another.
"Ooft. The arms..." swooned another follower.
"Happy birthday big Paddy! Did them biceps come with the bike??" asked another.
His wife Christine, 32, showed her approval by posting a love heart-eyes emoji and flames.
On his birthday Paddy shared a comical video of himself in the shower and then, still lathered up, running across the garden with a cupcake, sitting in the car and bouncing on a trampoline.
Model Christine, who recently announced that she had quit the reality show Real Housewives of Cheshire, posted a photo montage in homage to her husband with some loving words.
"Happy Birthday my love @mcguinness.paddy," she said. "Wishing you a lifetime of happiness, laughter and continuing to live your best life!"
The former Take Me Out presenter shot to fame on That Peter Kay Thing, Phoenix Nights and Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere.
He and Christine have a three-year-old daughter Felicity and seven-year-old twins Leo and Penelope.
